As a Strategy Intern, you will be a high-leverage, builder-first contributor sitting at the intersection of product, growth, and data. This role is built for an MBA fresher who thrives in ambiguity, thinks from first principles, and uses AI-native tools to drive measurable business outcomes for our matrimonial vertical. This internship is a high-growth opportunity designed for individuals who want to solve complex marketplace challenges, with a clear path to a permanent role (PPO) based on performance. Requirements Responsibilities: - Analyze existing experiments to identify user drop-off points. - Establish best practices regarding notification triggers, frequency, and targeting. - Collaborate with the team to design and ship revamped experiments aimed at improving revenue metrics. - Set up and manage pricing experiments directly via the Django admin dashboard. - Configure experimental variants, user segments, and tracking parameters. - Document experiment setups and proactively flag potential blockers before launch. - Research new geographic expansion and Go-To-Market (GTM) opportunities. - Identify and synthesize growth and marketing best practices. - Deliver concise, actionable research briefs to leadership. - Perform ad-hoc SQL queries and data pulls to support decision-making. - Utilize BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, Mixpanel) to monitor platform health. - Analyze customer support data to uncover patterns and identify revenue leakage. - Work on revenue attribution across various support touchpoints. - Assist in setting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring issue types. What We’re Looking For: - Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA. - SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write complex queries for data analysis. - Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with BI/Analytics tools such as Metabase or Mixpanel. - Execution Focus: A bias for action—you prefer shipping quickly, learning from data, and iterating over perfection. - Tooling: Hands-on interest in AI-native tools (Claude Code, etc.) and workflow automation (N8N, Google Sheets). - Problem-Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured, testable sub-problems.
