HIRING | MANAGED SERVICES – WINTEL ENGINEER Location: Bangalore Experience: 6+ Years CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA Work Mode: Virtual Role: L3 / Senior Engineer ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Wintel Engineer with strong expertise in Windows, VMware, Linux and Azure environments. Linux experience is a priority among these technologies. MUST-HAVE SKILLS • Windows Server Administration & Troubleshooting • Linux – RHEL / SLES / CentOS • VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN • Hyper-V & System Center • Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Services • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & Group Policies • PowerShell / Python / Shell Scripting • Windows Performance Troubleshooting • Memory Dump & Crash Analysis • Registry, CPU, Memory & OS Architecture • TCP/IP & Network Troubleshooting • Patch, Security & Vulnerability Management • Backup & Storage Technologies • Enterprise Data Center Support • ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management GOOD TO HAVE • AWS • Azure Certifications • SQL / MySQL • Ansible / Puppet • Azure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS • CI/CD & Source Control KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide L3 support for Windows, Linux, VMware and Azure environments • Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues • Handle server crashes, no-boot, memory leaks and unresponsive systems • Analyze memory dumps and Windows performance issues • Manage incidents, escalations, changes and problem management • Perform patching, security and configuration management • Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration tools • Support enterprise infrastructure deployments and migrations • Lead L1/L2 teams and coordinate with customers/vendors • Maintain DR procedures, documentation and CMDB accuracy
