What you will be doing We are looking for a highly skilled and handson Software Engineering Lead with a strong fullstack development background deep expertise in Python frameworks modern JavaScript libraries and solid experience building scalable cloudnative systems on Azure The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with the ability to architect design implement and guide teams in developing highperformance distributed systems Lead the endtoend design development and deployment of fullstack applications using Python FastAPI Django Flask and React Architect and build cloudnative solutions on Azure leveraging services such as App Services Functions Kubernetes AKS Event Grid Service Bus and Storage Design and implement microservicesbased architectures ensuring scalability maintainability and resilience Work extensively with eventdriven systems including event brokers message queues and streaming platforms Apply nonblocking asynchronous programming paradigms to optimize performance Drive high engineering standards through code reviews design reviews and technical mentorship Ensure robust test coverage using mock frameworks automated testing and CI CD pipelines Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Design Cloud Ops and QA to deliver highquality releases Lead technical decisionmaking evaluate new technologies and promote engineering best practices Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and guide teams in resolving them Required Skills Experience 10 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on fullstack engineering 4 years handson experience with React and modern JavaScript TypeScript ecosystems Deep expertise in Python frameworks FastAPI preferred Django Flask What you will be Doing Strong experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems Solid understanding of event brokers eventdriven architecture e g Kafka Azure Event Hub RabbitMQ Service Bus Handson experience with Azure Cloud including deploying and managing cloud applications Knowledge of nonblocking asynchronous programming async await asyncio Experience with unit testing mock frameworks and integration testing Strong understanding of REST APIs database design caching and modern DevOps practices Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills Exposure to containerization and orchestration Docker Kubernetes AKS Experience with CI CD tools GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins Familiarity with API gateways service mesh and cloud networking Experience mentoring engineers and conducting technical hiring assessments Looking for candidates with good exprience into fullstack engineering Python framework role Worked into Fullstack applications using Python FastAPI Django Flask and React Ready to work into Hybrid role Interested candidates can send their CV to
