Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts and frameworks. - Create and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, Estimations, and Capacity Planning . - Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting. - Apply QA best practices within Agile/SDLC processes. - Perform risk assessment and management for QA activities. - Conduct load and performance testing as required. - Maintain documentation and provide visibility into QA progress, issues, and outcomes. - Ensure continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing processes.
