" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned - Finance Analyst - ARAVO Responsibilities: -  Configure and customize the Aravo platform based on business requirements. -  Design and implement Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Supplier Lifecycle Management solutions. -  Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. -  Develop workflows, forms, questionnaires, reports, dashboards, and business rules within Aravo. -  Integrate Aravo with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other internal systems. -  Perform data migration, validation, and system testing activities. -  Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing application support. -  Collaborate with stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, procurement teams, and IT teams. -  Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. -  Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities. - Mandatory skill sets:  3+ years of experience working with the Aravo platform.  Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes.  Experience with Aravo configuration, workflows, questionnaires, and reporting.  Knowledge of API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and data migration.  Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.  Understanding of compliance frameworks, risk assessments, due diligence, and supplier onboarding processes.  Strong SQL and data analysis skills.  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred skill sets:  Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement/risk platforms.  Project implementation and stakeholder management experience.  Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. - Years of experience required: 4 to 8 Years Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/ Finance Degree Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills PMO Development Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Accounting Consulting, Accounting Policies, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Communication, Compliance With Accounting Standards, Complying With Regulations, Creativity, Economic Forecasting, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Financial Accounting, Financial Economics, Financial Management, Financial Market, Financial Modeling, Financial Regulation, Financial Reporting, Financial Risk Management, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Statement Preparation, Financial Strategy {+ 11 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
