Job Title: Quality Assurance Team Manager (Senior Associate) Location: Bangalore - In-Office Experience: 5-8 Years Shift: Flexible (US Shift / India Overlap) Employment Type: Full-Time / Leadership Role Role Summary The Quality Assurance Team Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day quality assurance operations across assigned Revenue Cycle Management functions and client engagements. This role oversees audit execution, calibration activities, quality reporting, auditor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational quality standards. The Quality Assurance Team Manager partners closely with Operations, Training, and Quality leadership to identify performance trends, improve audit consistency, address quality risks, and drive measurable improvements in operational performance. This role provides leadership and development for Quality Analysts and Quality Team Leads and supports the implementation of quality governance frameworks, reporting standards, and process improvement initiatives. Duties and Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of Quality Team Leaders and Quality Auditors, ensuring effective audit execution, performance management, coaching, and professional development. - Manage quality assurance operations across assigned clients and service lines, ensuring adherence to established audit methodologies, quality standards, and client requirements. - Monitor quality performance, audit results, and key metrics to identify trends, operational risks, recurring errors, and opportunities for improvement. - Lead calibration activities and quality governance processes to ensure audit consistency, scoring accuracy, and alignment across teams. - Develop and deliver quality reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights to Quality and Operations leadership. - Partner with Operations, Training, and client stakeholders to address quality concerns, improve performance outcomes, and implement corrective action plans. - Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development initiatives by identifying knowledge gaps and recommending targeted learning opportunities based on audit findings and performance trends. - Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization initiatives that improve quality outcomes, compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with client requirements, organizational policies, quality governance standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines. - Escalate significant quality risks, trends, and performance concerns to leadership while providing data-driven recommendations for resolution and improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, or a related field. - 5-8 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Operations experience. - 2-4 years of leadership experience managing quality teams or quality programs. - Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, quality methodologies, and audit practices. - Experience conducting quality audits, calibrations, performance reviews, and root cause analysis. - Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Experience preparing quality dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and quality management systems. - Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Position Level** Senior Associate **Country** India At Huron, we're redefining what a consulting organization can be.
