Company Description SculptSoft is an AI software development company that turns ambitious ideas into intelligent scalable digital solutions With over 13 years of experience the team specializes in Artificial Intelligence Generative AI automation and fullcycle product development from discovery through optimization Role Description This is a fulltime onsite Software Engineering Manager role based in Ahmedabad The Software Engineering Manager will lead and mentor software engineering teams providing technical guidance and enabling highquality delivery across AIdriven and conventional software projects Responsibilities include overseeing endtoend development activities driving software design and architecture decisions and ensuring robust implementation of distributed systems Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Software Design with experience in modern architectures and scalable solutions Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities including mentoring engineers building highperforming teams and guiding technical decisions Proficiency in Project Management including planning estimation risk management and delivery within agile or similar methodologies Handson experience with Distributed Systems microservices and cloudnative applications AWS Azure or GCP Relevant experience in AI ML or dataintensive applications is a plus Solid understanding of DevOps practices CI CD pipelines and software quality assurance Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and engage with stakeholders Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience Experience managing teams in a product or services company environment prior exposure to global or offshore teams is beneficial
