Architect (ATC)

Required Skills \: 7+ Years of QA experience, 3+ years of experience of lManual testers including , Test Estimation, Test planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect management, Test reporting, 2+ years of Hands on Experience with PEGA, Web service testing using Soap UI/Postman, Conduct Peer Lead Review on Test script, Crosstrain and mentor other team members, Test Data management (Designs, creates, and maintains test data as needed to support quality testing.) Stays current on recent and emerging trends with respect software testing and evaluates them for implementation at continuous process improvement. Sound knowledge of OOP Concepts and Automation frameworks. Automation experience in Page Object model using selenium. Sound knowledge in CI/CD implementations. Knowledge in database concepts and SQL. Great interpersonal and communication skills, Support and establish formal QA processes (Test Plan, Test Strategy), ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices in the project. Support Client/Manager/PM to manage entry exit criterias in all phases in QA in the project, Defect Triage, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision, Good time-management skills A good understanding of the software development process, A good understanding of the QA Process An understanding of business, Good presentation skills, Knowledge on TDLC process, Knowledge on Test Methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) Nice to have, Sound knowledge on Automation/Performance testing , Working on Linux based environment and basic understanding of Linux commands. Team Management Hands -on Experience in any of the programming languages Java/.Net.
