Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and performance of developed components through rigorous testing and validation. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance principles. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
