The areas of work involve development of platform components such as firmware, boot loaders, AUTOSAR, Linux/QNX BSP, Service oriented architecture-based middleware components. Job Description: IRole Overview We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Devops Engineer to lead the internal development and optimization of the Online Remote Update Technology. The role includes automating the software delivery pipeline to ensure code moves from development to production rapidly, reliably, and securely. Key Responsibilities - Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using "Infrastructure as Code" to guarantee system uptime and performance under heavy load. - Monitor system health and performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and low latency. - Lead architectural decisions for backend systems, promoting best practices and modern patterns. - Design "self-healing" systems and backups so the app can recover instantly if a server fails. - Develop robust RESTful and event-driven APIs for reliable system integration. - Optimize backend systems for high performance, availability, and reliability. - Champion continuous integration and deployment practices for fast, safe delivery cycles. - Monitor, measure, and improve system observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting. - Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, and operations to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. - Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for APIs and system components. - Own service delivery from design through production, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. - Mentor and support engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and share expertise. - Respond to production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive remediation. - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technology. - Ensure solutions adhere to internal quality standards and external compliance requirements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value. Technical Expertise 9+ yrs Terraform CI/CD: GitHub Actions Kubernetes Helm Docker Monitoring & Observability: ELK (Elastic Stack), Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry OAuth2/OIDC - Authentication and authorization flows TLS/Certificate Management - X.509 certificates, CA chains Competencies & Skills - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Ability to work with complex system architectures and cross-functional teams. - Technical Documentation: Writing clear READMEs and API docs (OpenAPI/Swagger) so others can actually use your work. - Familiarity with general requirements for software development (e.g. KGAS) and formal verification standards.
