Job Description
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary POC for Salesforce-related business issues Troubleshoot across opportunity management, account hierarchies, CPQ, CLM, pricing, and onboarding workflows Partner with cross-functional teams (SalesOps, BizSys, Data, Product, Engineering, Compliance) to resolve issues Drive root cause analysis and implement scalable solution Manage and prioritize multi-region escalations Analytics & Insights: Analyze Salesforce data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and inefficiencies Track sales productivity, issue resolution, and operational performance Build dashboards/reports and provide data-driven recommendations Use storytelling to influence decision-making Process Improvement & Automation: Identify workflow gaps and drive process optimization & automation Partner with Product/Engineering on system enhancements Lead UAT, rollout, change management, and adoption tracking Create detailed documentation, business cases, and implementation plans Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Collaborate with commercial teams, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners Drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and influence decisions in a matrixed environment Executive Communication: Create executive-ready decks, business reviews, and reports Translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights for leadership Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in Salesforce CRM (SalesOps, Program/Business Ops, Commercial Ops) Strong understanding of Opportunity Mgmt, Account Hierarchy, CPQ, CLM, Sales workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel/Google Sheets + Salesforce reporting/dashboards Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills Experience creating executive presentations & business reviews Strong program/project management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Good to Have: Experience in sales operations / lead management / merchant acquisition Familiarity with lead routing or enrichment tools Experience working with Product & Engineering teams on automation/system implementations Why Join?
