Assembler Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Operator with 3 6 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards while ensuring safety and productivity targets are met. Key Responsibilities - Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical specifications. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. - Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Perform functional testing and identify defects or assembly issues. - Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and production delays to the supervisor. - Maintain production records and complete required documentation. - Ensure adherence to safety policies, 5S practices, and company procedures. - Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve assembly-related issues. - Maintain a clean and organized work area.
