'Responsibilities' - Own and support the on-premises infrastructure underpinning the client's Hyperion/EPM environment (Planning, Essbase, HFM, or similar modules as applicable). - Manage day-to-day infrastructure health: patching, backups, disaster recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning. - Administer application servers (WebLogic/OHS) and underlying OS layers (Linux/Windows) supporting Hyperion. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-level incidents, working across environments (dev/test/prod). - Partner with application teams on environment refreshes, migrations, and upgrades. - Participate in an on-call rotation for production support. - Identify and implement infrastructure enhancements to improve stability and performance. 'Required Skills' - 4–8 years supporting Oracle Hyperion/EPM infrastructure (Planning, Essbase, HFM, or FDMEE) in an on-prem environment. - Strong hands-on experience with WebLogic Server administration. - Solid Linux and/or Windows Server administration skills. - Experience with backup/DR strategies for enterprise applications. - Familiarity with Oracle database administration basics (schema, tablespace, backups). - Scripting for automation (Shell, Perl, or Python). - Experience supporting production environments with defined SLAs. 'Desirable Skills' - Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM (for future migration planning). - ITIL-based incident/change management experience. - Experience in financial services or fintech-adjacent environments. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms. - Networking/load balancer fundamentals (F5, etc.). - SOX or audit-compliance experience.
