QA Automation Tester

Job Title: Automation Engineer Experience: 3+ Years Location: Kochi Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team for a new Accounts Automation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting and finance processes.Key Responsibilities - Analyze existing accounting and financial processes to identify automation opportunities. - Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA and automation tools. - Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. - Develop reusable automation components and maintain technical documentation. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated processes to ensure reliability and performance. - Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities for automation solutions. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and financial regulations. - Provide support during implementation and post-deployment phases. - Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend innovative automation approaches. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - .Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Engineering, RPA development, or process automation - .Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms - .Knowledge of accounting and finance processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoice Processing, Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting - .Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, C#, VBA, SQL, or equivalent) - .Experience working with databases and API integrations - .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - .Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - RPA certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, etc. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally integration - s.Exposure to AI/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions is an added advantage.
