Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering. - Strong expertise in embedded software design and development for complex systems. - Experience with real-time operating systems and hardware-software integration. - Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into robust software architectures. - Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques for embedded platforms. - Skilled in version control systems and collaborative software development practices.
