Application Support Engineer - L3

- 3-to-7-year experience in Support role. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience working with MS SQL. - Good to have experience working with Microsoft Technologies (VB.Net and C#) - Experience working with American customers. - Willingness to work on rotation shift to support 24/7/365 support process. - Should have knowledge about support process (SLA, Priority, Criticality, Knowledge Base and etc) - Exposure to application maintenance/production support/DevOps. Skills: Devops, C#, Production Support, Ms Sql, Vb.net Experience: 3.00-7.00 Years
