BA - Transaction Banking

Job Description: - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand and document business requirements. - Analyze and improve end-to-end Payments and Transaction Banking customer journeys across mobile applications. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions across global teams. - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. - Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives. - Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT. - Manage and prioritize requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. - Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation. - Coordinate with QA, development, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
