Job Description: Role: Sr Audit Executive – Business Process Location: BKC (Mumbai) CTC: As per company norms JD: - Conduct end-to-end audits of Retail Liabilities (CASA) processes including account opening, KYC/AML compliance, and transaction monitoring - Perform control testing, risk assessments, and process reviews to identify gaps and strengthen internal controls - Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, internal policies, and audit frameworks - Review branch operations, customer onboarding, documentation quality, and exception handling - Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements - Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and track closure of audit observations - Monitor and validate implementation of audit findings and corrective actions - Collaborate with branch/business teams and stakeholders to drive compliance and governance - Support regulatory audits and internal/external audit requirements - Analyze trends, recurring issues, and risk areas to enhance audit quality and coverage.
