Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Python-based components that support Generative AI use cases, ensuring clean, testable, and maintainable code. - Build end-to-end AI workflows including data preparation, prompt design, orchestration, and integration into applications. - Integrate Generative AI capabilities into products/services via APIs and modular services, focusing on reliability and performance. - Implement evaluation approaches for Generative AI outputs (quality, safety, consistency) and iterate based on measurable results. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, define success metrics, and deliver incremental improvements. - Troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines and Python services, addressing latency, scalability, and operational stability. - Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices to support team productivity and knowledge sharing. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent in a relevant field. - 3–5 years of hands-on experience building solutions using Python. - Practical experience working with Generative AI concepts and implementing GenAI-driven features or prototypes. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write robust code, debug effectively, and deliver within timelines. - Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate technical ideas clearly to varied stakeholders.
