Role Description Full Stack Developer NET React AWS 57 Years Objective Context Hiring a proactive Full Stack Developer to build modernize and scale enterprisegrade web applications using NET React AWS and AIassisted development practices Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain scalable applications using NET Core React and AWS Build RESTful APIs and integrate seamlessly with UI applications Develop clean maintainable fullstack code across backend and frontend Work on modernization of legacy systems ensuring stability and incremental improvements Implement database design query optimization and schema management Develop responsive UI using React Redux Context API and modern frameworks Collaborate with Product QA DevOps for endtoend delivery Conduct code reviews mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices Ensure application performance security and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack including legacy codebases Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisionmaking AI Engineering Excellence Expectations Handson experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AIassisted coding tools Ability to accelerate development using AI while ensuring code quality and security Validate refactor and optimize AIgenerated code for enterprise standards Promote Copilotfirst AIfirst development practices within the team Required Skills Strong experience in C NET Core ASP NET Web API MVC Experience with AWS services Lambda EC2 S3 API Gateway Handson experience in React js Hooks Redux Strong knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript HTML CSS Bootstrap Solid experience in SQL Server MySQL and data modelling Experience with Entity Framework ORM frameworks Proficiency in Git GitHub Bitbucket Knowledge of Docker and CI CD pipelines Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems Handson experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AIassisted coding tools Experience in authentication OAuth JWT Exposure to unit testing integration testing TDD Familiarity with Jest React Testing Library Preferred Good To Have Exposure to Node jsbased backend services Strong understanding of performance tuning and secure coding OWASP Experience in highscale enterprise or payments domain systems Behavioral Leadership Expectations Proactive mindset identifies problems proposes solutions and drives execution Ability to work effectively in legacy modern hybrid environments Strong ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision Excellent collaboration with distributed onshoreoffshore teams Ability to mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence Experience Qualification 57 years of handson experience in full stack development Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Skills net fullstack aws system react js sql server entity framework github copilot docker
