Executive / Assistant Manager – Specification Delhi

Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Specifications: • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure products are specified for projects. • Prepare detailed technical specifications and drawings for product inclusion in tenders. 2. Technical Presentations: • Conduct technical presentations and workshops for stakeholders, explaining product applications and benefits. • Address and resolve technical queries related to product usage. 3. Relationship Management: • Build strong relationships with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and government authorities. • Ensure product specifications are aligned with client requirements and industry standards. 4. Business Development Support: • Work with the sales team to convert specifications into business opportunities. • Maintain and grow the specification bank, ensuring a competitive edge in project approvals. 5. Market Analysis: • Track competitor activities and new trends in project specifications and materials. • Suggest improvements to enhance product appeal and market reach. 6. Strategic Focus: • Focus on ABI (Architects, Builders, Infrastructure) for long-term partnerships and specification approvals. RequirementsExperience - 2-3 years in product specification and technical coordination, preferably exposure in Architects, Consultants, PMC etc. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) or MBA in Marketing.
