Associate Product Manager (APM)

Key Responsibilities - Gather product requirements through user research and field visits. - Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new product features. - Translate operational challenges into product solutions. - Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Support feature planning, sprint execution, and product launches. - Monitor product adoption and key business metrics. - Analyse user feedback and recommend product improvements. - Conduct competitor and market research. - Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams. - Track feature performance and continuously improve user experience. Requirements Required Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good understanding of product development lifecycle. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Degree in Engineering, Management, Analytics, or related field. - Internship or project experience in Product Management. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Experience working on technology products or startups.
