Package Consultant - Oracle SCM Cloud

Role Overview As an IN Package Consultant specializing in Oracle SCM Cloud, you will serve as an L2 operational support specialist driving day-to-day sustainment for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Operating full-time on-site in Bangalore, you will ensure seamless logistics operations through proactive system monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and ongoing collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - System Sustainment & Support: Provide hands-on L2 operational support for OTM environments, taking ownership of day-to-day sustainment and system stability. - Incident & Ticket Management: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within established SLAs to minimize operational disruptions. - System Monitoring: Perform routine system checks, monitor batch jobs and integrations, and identify performance bottlenecks proactively. - Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, business end-users, and cross-functional partners to drive clear communication and issue resolution. - Required Qualifications - Relevant Experience: 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) operational support and sustainment. - Support Expertise: Proven track record in L2 support environments handling incident triage, ticketing systems, and root-cause analysis. - Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of OTM workflows, core domain setups, and end-to-end logistics business processes. - Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication capabilities for interacting with business users and technical lead teams. - Key Position Details - Position Title: Package Consultant - Oracle SCM Cloud (OTM L2 Support Specialist) - Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant OTM sustainment experience - Work Location & Schedule: Bangalore (On-site from Day 1) - Employment Type: Full-Time - Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Skills: Otm, Scm, Sla Experience: 5.00-7.00 Years
