Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. - Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) with clear scope and functionality. - Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications. - Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Support testing by validating test cases and reviewing results. - Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements. - Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams. Required Skills - 1 year to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes. - Understanding of business analysis techniques and tools. - Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred). Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, etc.) is an added advantage. - Exposure to client-facing roles is a plus.
