Sr. HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. - Source and recruit entry-level sales executives, HR recruiters, and other required profiles. - Handle the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. - Achieve individual as well as team hiring targets within set timelines. - Maintain and manage reports and data using MS Office and ZOHO suite. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates. - Utilize recruitment portals (especially Naukri.com) for effective candidate sourcing. - Conduct bulk hiring drives when required. Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications: - Proficient in complete MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Hands-on experience with ZOHO suite and Naukri portal. - Prior experience in bulk hiring and managing a recruitment team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Target-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
