Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
