Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities: - Determine selection criteria - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details - Design job descriptions and interview questions based on role requirements - Lead employer branding initiatives - Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Requirements: - Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role - Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and evaluation methods - Prior experience in IT and non-tech hiring is required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong understanding of various roles within organizations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Skills: Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Screening, Employer Branding, Recruitment Experience: 1.00-3.00 Years
