Must have skills : Automation Anywhere Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Job Description: Automation Anywhere Developer (Infrastructure Incident Automation) Role Title Automation Anywhere Developer – Infrastructure & Incident Automation (RPA) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere developer to design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort in handling infrastructure alerts and incidents. The role focuses on automating repetitive operational tasks across ITSM workflows, monitoring tools, and infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce MTTR. Key Responsibilities Identify repetitive infrastructure incidents and operational tasks suitable for automation Design, develop, and deploy Automation Anywhere (A360) bots to automate incident management workflows Automate use cases such as: o Incident triaging and ticket enrichment o Auto-remediation of known infrastructure issues o Alert correlation and noise reduction o Automated ticket updates/closures Integrate bots with: o ITSM tools (ServiceNow / ManageEngine) o Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, etc.) Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency interviewguy.com Develop and test automation workflows (task bots/meta bots) using Automation Anywhere jobs.smart...uiters.com Deploy bots and ensure ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance interviewguy.com Perform root cause analysis for bot failures/issues and implement fixes interviewguy.com Maintain documentation, reusable bot components, and automation standards Collaborate with L1/L2/L3 teams and stakeholders for identifying automation requirements Required Skills Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) (Bot Creator, Control Room, Bot Runner) Strong understanding of RPA concepts and automation lifecycle Experience in: Designing and developing bots Workflow automation and scripting Knowledge of: Infrastructure domains (Linux/Windows, Network basics, Cloud) ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Experience with: REST API integrations Incident and alert handling Preferred Skills Experience with: o Python / PowerShell (for advanced automation) o Tools like Ansible / Rundeck (nice to have) Knowledge of: o Cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) o Log analysis and monitoring tools Exposure to: o AI-driven or intelligent automation use cases Key Deliverables Reduction in manual effort through RPA automation Reduction in repetitive infrastructure incidents Improved MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) Automation of standard incident resolution workflows Creation of reusable automation assets Experience 3–7 years of experience in RPA / Automation Anywhere development 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
