This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges that arise during the application lifecycle. The role is dynamic and requires adaptability to evolving project needs and priorities, fostering collaboration and driving the project towards successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within the Pega environment. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to software applications. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Skilled in analyzing requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
