Problem-solving and iterative improvement are key aspects, ensuring that the software adapts to changing needs while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: - 8 to 10 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in designing and supporting Application solutions in below mentioned skills- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
