Key Responsibilities: - Job Title SAP Trainer - Experience 5 15 Years - Employment Type Full Time - About the Role - We are seeking experienced SAP Trainers to join our team and deliver high quality training programs across various SAP modules - The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise excellent communication skills and a passion for knowledge sharing - Key Responsibilities - Design develop and deliver SAP training programs classroom virtual and blended formats for end users consultants and technical teams - Create training materials user guides and documentation tailored to business needs - Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and customize training content accordingly - Provide hands on sessions demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure effective learning - Stay updated with the latest SAP releases tools and best practices - Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Support post training queries and act as a subject matter expert for SAP related issues - Required Skills Qualifications - Experience 5 15 years in SAP implementation consulting or training - Expertise in one or more SAP modules e - g - SAP FI CO MM SD PP HCM SuccessFactors S 4HANA HANA ABAP BTP Clean core - Strong understanding of SAP business processes and configuration - Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills - Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences - Certification in SAP modules preferred but not mandatory - Willing to Upskill and Cross skill in new dimension SAP technologies and LOB cloud products Preferred Skills: Technology->SAP Technical->SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)->SAP Build Apps Skills: SAP BTP, Sap Fi, Sap Experience: 5.00-15.00 Years
