We're looking for Senior Data Analysts! Qualifications: - Adobe Analytics Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions for clients. Ensure the deployment meets business objectives and that data collection, reporting, and analysis are aligned with client goals. - Client Consultation & Strategy: Partner with clients to understand their business requirements, translate these into actionable analytics strategies, and provide advice on best practices for setting up Adobe Analytics (e.g., report suites, data layers, and tracking strategies) to ensure scalability and accuracy. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage Adobe Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on digital performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI to help clients make data-driven decisions. - Tagging & Data Layer Management: Work closely with development teams to implement and manage tag management systems (TMS) such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) or Adobe Launch. Ensure accurate and consistent tagging across digital properties for reliable data collection. - Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor and optimize Adobe Analytics setups to enhance data accuracy, site performance, and reporting quality. Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues to ensure a seamless user experience and dependable data tracking. - Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to clients, enabling them to independently manage and effectively use Adobe Analytics. Share best practices and guidance to empower client teams with the knowledge they need to succeed. - Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with data engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to integrate Adobe Analytics with other platforms (e.g., CRM, A/B testing tools, other Adobe Experience Cloud products), ensuring consistent data flow across systems. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in Adobe Analytics and the broader analytics ecosystem. Suggest proactive enhancements and optimizations to help clients stay ahead of their competitors.
