Senior IT Project Manager – Insurance

About the Opportunity A leading technology solutions provider in the Insurance & FinTech sector, we build end-to-end digital transformation platforms for global insurers—spanning core policy administration, claims automation, underwriting intelligence, and customer experience modernization. Our projects deliver scalable, compliant, and cloud-native systems that help insurers reduce operational costs, improve turnaround time, and enhance CX—while navigating evolving regulatory landscapes across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Role & Responsibilities - Key responsibilities - Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget - Collaborate with stakeholders — business, development, QA, and architecture teams — to define project goals and success criteria - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure efficient Agile/Scrum execution - Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and resolving risks and issues - Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports - Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
