The workday often includes analyzing workflows, developing customized software components, and refining application features to enhance overall efficiency and user experience. Continuous engagement with evolving project specifications and adapting solutions accordingly is a key aspect of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering. - Ability to work with various integration techniques and APIs related to content management systems. - Good understanding of business process workflows and how to translate them into technical solutions.
