We specialize in strategy, architecture, delivery, and support of solutions in the ECM, BI, and Mobility space Job Position: Technical Lead - SRE Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Hyderabad Technical Skill Requirements - GCP Cloud, OpenShift, Splunk/Dynatrace, Git/Github, Gitlab, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, Python, Java, SQL/ MySQL, MongoDB Role and Responsibilities - Proactively identify the issues ,resolve and communicate the progress timely in a professional manner. - Perform pattern identification towards assessing overall impact of an issue and help towards RCA - Monitor the jobs, analyse and work with different teams in case of any failures. - Incident, Operational, Change management - Streamline operations tasks through automations - Review all tasks on periodic basis and automate repetitive tasks - Enhance operational reliability and scalability of existing tasks. - Support planned changes with deployment, post deployment monitoring and create new dashboards or alerts as needed to monitor new changes in system - Document your work to share the knowledge among the teams. - Collaborate with other technical teams for implementation and improvement tasks. Required Skills - A total of 5+years of rich production support/ SRE experience - Should be open for the Night shift on rotation basis 24/7 - Experience in Splunk/Dynatrace - Technical documentation experience - Good to have knowledge on Google Cloud, OpenShift, microservices, scripting languages(python, shell scripting etc) - Experience in handling & working with cross functional teams - Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, & third party vendors. - Knowledge on service now, Jira & other monitoring tools is considered an advantage. - Good to have knowledge in Java, Springboot framework - Good analytical, debugging & triage skills - Good Communication & Professional skills - SRE, ITIL, MongoDB knowledge will be added advantage Why choose GSPANN 'We GSPANNians' are at the heart of the technology that we pioneer.
