Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : SnapLogic Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. Throughout the day, the lead oversees the execution of testing processes, monitors key performance indicators, and ensures effective defect management to uphold the integrity and reliability of software products. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to driving continuous improvement and achieving project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery standards. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic. - Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies. - Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application environments. - Ability to define and track key quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness and product stability. - Skilled in defect management processes and tools to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions in a collaborative setting.
