In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services **Process Overview*** The CFO India platform provides offshore finance delivery and transformation support to Line of Business (LOB) and Enterprise Finance teams, delivering end-to-end CFO capabilities across financial accounting and close, financial control and compliance, financial planning and analysis, management and regulatory reporting, financial operations, finance systems, and finance change and ledger modernization initiatives Our group supports the Strategic Forecasting and Expense Management (SFEM) teams across Data Enablement, Control functions around Data Management, building Dashboards with understanding of the financial numbers, project management and data analysis. **Job Description*** The individual is intended to provide advanced technical leadership, domain expertise, and day-to-day guidance across the reporting and data solutions lifecycle for the Enterprise Expenses Data Enablement and Reporting Team. This individual will serve as the technical anchor for the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and sustainable reporting solutions while strengthening collaboration across global delivery teams. The candidate will be responsible for Data Transformation, project management and Control function to ensure accurate numbers are available for the end-user for the Enterprise Consumer Banking, Wealth, and Investment management business, and in addition will be responsible for analysis of data for decision making by senior leadership. + Learn and deliver new technologies like: Bring impactful experience in financial reporting, finance data management, and reporting technology, with deep expertise in Starburst; Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, automation frameworks, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. + Work directly with raw data feeds and translate complex business requirements into robust data and reporting solutions while driving architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and operational efficiency. + Lead discussions independently and influence the senior leaders on the defined solutions. + Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to both US and GBS team members, helping resolve complex data challenges, evaluate alternative solution approaches, and promote consistent development standards and best practices. + Lead workstreams horizontally across the team, ensuring adherence to technical standards throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. + Maintain ownership of critical production reporting tools and drive continuous enhancements to reporting platforms, user interfaces, and onboarding processes. + Provide technical feasibility assessments and solution support for Efficiency initiatives, AI, management reporting reduction programs, automated reporting solutions (Alteryx and other technologies), and broader SFEM CFO team. + The responsibility will include process management to achieve sustainable, accurate and well-controlled results. + The candidate will be responsible for transforming business requirements into automated solutions supporting the multiple business leaders. + The individual will play a key role in the team responsible for analyzing the requirements, independently work with business and technology and manage multiple projects in parallel by ensuring adequate understanding of the requirements to deliver data analysis solutions. + These projects would be complex and time critical, which would require the candidate to comprehend & evaluate the strategic business drivers to bring in efficiency through automation of existing reporting packages or codes. + The work would be a mix of standard and ad-hoc deliverables based on dynamic business requirements. + Technical competency is essential to build processes which ensure data quality and completeness across all projects / requests related to business. + Candidate should have a clear understanding of the end-to-end process (including its purpose) and discipline for managing and continuously improving those processes. **Responsibilities*** + Improved solution quality and architectural governance. + Faster delivery of reporting and data solutions. + Enhanced automation and innovation capabilities. + Reduced dependency on ad hoc escalations and rework. + A more resilient and effective follow-the-sun support model across global teams. + Stronger support for strategic expense management and reporting transformation initiatives. + Enhancing GBS footprint within Enablement team + Responsible for individually driving the projects including testing, validations and enhancement management. + Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverables. Support the business on periodic and ad-hoc projects. + Managing and improving the work: develop full understanding of the work processes, continuous focus on process improvement through simplification, innovation and use of emerging technology tools, and understanding data sourcing and transformation. + Managing risk: managing and reducing risk, proactively identify risks, issues and concerns and manage controls to help drive responsible growth (ex: Compliance, Operational - SAFER, Self-Identified Audit Issues, procedures, data management, etc.), establish a risk culture to encourage early escalation and self-identifying issues. + Effective communication: deliver transparent, concise, and consistent messaging while influencing change in the teams. + Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise. + Extremely good with numbers and ability to present various business/finance metrics, detailed analysis, and key observations to Senior Business Leaders. **Requirements*** **Education*** MCA or BTech **Experience Range*** 12+ years of relevant work experience in Synergies and Automations, Data Analysis in Banking industry.
