**Job Description** **Principal EHR Implementation Engagement / Project Manager - Oracle Health** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced EHR Implementation Engagement / Project Managers to lead and support Oracle Health implementation, modernization, and AI-enabled healthcare transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for establishing implementation programs, governance frameworks, rollout strategies, operational processes, and delivery models while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across customer environments. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + Support the planning, execution, and operationalization of Oracle Health implementation and EHR modernization programs. + Develop implementation plans, rollout frameworks, governance models, operational roadmaps, and scalable delivery structures. + Coordinate activities across implementation, consulting, product, engineering, operational, and customer-facing teams. + Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution activities. + Support Oracle Health Millennium deployment, migration, optimization, and transformation initiatives. + Drive executive reporting, portfolio visibility, governance reviews, action tracking, and stakeholder communications. + Identify operational gaps, implementation risks, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. + Establish and promote repeatable implementation methodologies, best practices, and delivery standards. + Facilitate collaboration between leadership teams, implementation stakeholders, and customer organizations. + Support enterprise healthcare modernization programs involving AI-enabled healthcare technologies and digital transformation initiatives. + Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, operational, and project management standards. **Required Qualifications** **Experience** + 6 to 10+ years of program management, project management, implementation management, consulting, or healthcare technology delivery experience. + Experience supporting complex implementation, modernization, transformation, or operational initiatives. + Experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams. + Experience developing project plans, governance frameworks, implementation processes, and operational models. **Oracle Health & Healthcare Knowledge** + Understanding of Oracle Health Millennium architecture, implementation methodologies, and healthcare workflows. + Experience supporting EHR, healthcare IT, clinical systems, or healthcare transformation programs. + Familiarity with healthcare technology deployment, modernization, or operational environments. **Technical & Delivery Skills** + Program and project management. + Governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting. + Risk, issue, dependency, and change management. + Implementation planning, rollout strategy, and operational readiness. + PMO processes, project controls, and delivery management. + Stakeholder communication and organizational change coordination. **Professional Skills** + Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. + Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting capabilities. + Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple teams. **Preferred Qualifications** + Oracle Health Millennium migration experience. + Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience. + Healthcare SaaS migration experience. + ITIL certification. + Citrix certification. + Cloud certification (OCI, Azure, or AWS). + Experience supporting acute care, ambulatory, and revenue cycle environments. + Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium experience. + Experience supporting EHR, healthcare IT, enterprise implementation, or healthcare transformation programs. + Prior PMO, consulting, implementation, or transformation leadership experience. **Preferred Millennium Domain Experience** + PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, Pharmacy, PathNet, RadNet, Revenue Cycle, Scheduling, MPages, Discern Rules, Discern Explorer (CCL), HealtheIntent, Interoperability Platforms. **Minimum Job Qualifications** **Education and/or Experience:** 15 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 11 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience OR Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 9 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience.
