Scrum Master, Project Management

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile software development teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, project planning, stakeholder management, and team coordination. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project execution and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Guide Agile teams in adopting Scrum principles and Agile best practices. - Remove impediments and help teams deliver high-quality software on time. - Plan, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure timely communication of project status, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders. - Track team velocity, sprint metrics, and project KPIs to drive continuous improvement. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Skills - 8–14years of experience in Scrum Master and/or Project Management roles. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. - Experience managing software development projects in Agile environments. - Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams. - Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and risk management skills. - Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management certification is an added advantage. - Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams. Good to Have - Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices. - Experience with release planning and dependency management. - Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Experience with metrics, reporting, and Agile dashboards. - Change management and process improvement experience. Soft Skills - Strong leadership and team facilitation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills. - Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to mentor teams and promote Agile best practices. - Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
