Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer for a leading research and analytics organization undergoing a major digital modernization initiative. This candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for evolving enterprise web platforms toward modern edge-delivery architectures, including Adobe Edge Delivery Services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in React, Next.js, performance engineering, accessibility, security, SEO, and CDN-based architectures while helping drive technical strategy and front-end best practices. This person will partner closely with product, UX, content, architecture, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performing digital experiences that support a long-term modernization roadmap. Candidates with Adobe EDS experience are highly preferred, though strong engineers from modern web ecosystems such as Vercel, Cloudflare, Jamstack, and composable architecture environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of professional front-end development experience Expert-level JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS skills Strong React development experience Experience with Next.js or comparable modern web frameworks Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR, and hybrid rendering strategies Experience with modern CDN and edge delivery platforms (Vercel, Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly, Netlify, etc.) Strong knowledge of HTTP caching, cache-control strategies, and CDN optimization Experience with edge functions, workers, request routing, redirects, and edge processing Strong Core Web Vitals and web performance optimization expertise Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries Design token implementation experience Figma-based design workflow experience Strong WCAG accessibility and ADA compliance knowledge Technical SEO expertise including semantic HTML, structured data, metadata, crawlability, and indexability Knowledge of web security best practices, including XSS prevention and browser security controls Strong Git/GitHub, code review, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions experience Agile development experience Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS/Franklin) experience Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) experience Enterprise CMS migration experience AEM Sites knowledge including Sling Models, Dispatcher, templates, and publishing architectures REST API and GraphQL integration experience Headless CMS experience Adobe Dynamic Media experience Storybook and visual regression testing experience Cloudflare Workers, Vercel Functions, AWS Lambda@Edge, or Fastly Compute experience Design token automation and Figma integration workflows Automated accessibility testing within CI/CD pipelines OWASP application security knowledge Experience supporting large-scale, content-heavy enterprise websites
