About The Opportunity A fast-growing tech consultancy firm operating in the IT services and digital transformation space, we partner with enterprises to build resilient, scalable, and high-performance software systems. Our performance engineering team plays a pivotal role in ensuring applications deliver seamless user experiences under peak load—by simulating real-world traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and driving optimization across cloud-native and legacy landscapes. Role & Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools across web, API, and microservices architectures. - Simulate enterprise-scale loads to validate system behavior under stress, endurance, and spike conditions. - Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left quality practices. - Analyze performance metrics (response time, throughput, error rate, resource utilization) and deliver actionable insights for optimization. - Document test strategies, results, and tuning recommendations for stakeholders including developers, architects, and product owners. - Proactively identify performance anti-patterns and recommend architectural or configuration-level fixes to improve scalability and stability.
