Vice President - Sales

Job Responsibility: - Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development. - Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities. - Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals (specially BMs, Area Heads etc.) to enable scaling up of the business including broking (80%) as well as WM products (20%). - Responsible for profit & loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan. - Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments are critical for the job. - Ability to directly build and manage HNI & UHNI relationships. - Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel. - A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results. Core Requirements: - Leadership skills are a must. - Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis - Excellent communication (oral & written), - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills will self-driven approach. - Strong business acumen and industry expertise. - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. - Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services - Proven ability to position products against competitors - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Skills: Sales Targets, Sales Experience: 10.00-15.00 Years
