Specialist PMO (Infra)

Description We are looking for a Specialist PMO (Infra) with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project management office for infrastructure projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities - Establish and maintain project management processes, standards, and tools for infrastructure projects - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules - Track project progress and report on project status to stakeholders - Identify and manage project risks and issues - Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards - Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure project success - Provide guidance and support to project managers and project teams Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field - 3-8 years of experience in project management office for infrastructure projects - Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc. - Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc. - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus Skills: Agile Methodology, Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Infrastructure, Data Analysis, Budgeting, Vendor Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, Risk Management Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
