Job Description Roles & Responsibilities - Prepare monthly sales reports and comprehensive MIS statements, including P&L, operating expense (OE) analysis, and variance analysis, while discussing key variances with stakeholders for accurate interpretation. - Build and maintain a robust sales and throughput database to support financial performance tracking and business insights generation. - Create impactful presentations for monthly and business review meetings, providing detailed analysis of performance drivers to aid strategic decision-making. - Conduct analytical reviews of sales under both IGAAP and IFRS frameworks, including top-product performance, QoQ variance analysis, and collaboration with front-end teams for business rationale. - Consolidate and analyze sales data to support variance and growth analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) during annual budget preparation. - Prepare monthly Latest Estimates (LE) by integrating real-time market and business developments to improve forecasting accuracy and agility. - Perform regular peer benchmarking—both internal and external—to assess performance in the context of competitors and industry trends. - Execute finance automation and simplification projects within the business unit, while also delivering ad hoc analytics to support targeted profit initiatives.
