SDE 3 - Backend

Dream11 is seeking a highly skilled SDE 3 - Backend to take end-to-end ownership of our software systems. If you have over 7 years of hands-on experience in a typed language (preferably Java) and a strong background with cloud platforms, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying distributed microservices that serve millions of customers with low latency. Your Role - Owning end-to-end responsibility for the design, architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring phases. - Diving into the details of issues/incidents, outages, analyzing root causes , and preparing incident reports. - Understanding and solving real business needs at a large scale by applying your engineering and analytical problem-solving skills. - Developing features in a distributed microservice environment that handle millions of customers with millisecond latencies. - Mentoring engineers in the team and ensuring standards are maintained at every level. Qualifiers - 7+ years of hands-on experience in any typed language, preferably Java . - Working experience of AWS or any cloud stack . Skills: Microservice Architecture, Root Cause Analysis, Problem-solving, Java, Aws Experience: 6.00-10.00 Years
