Performance Test Engineer

Job Title: Performance Test Engineer Experience : 2–4 Years Location : Bangalore Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance testing of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad, along with strong experience in monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and providing optimization recommendations. The candidate should have exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft 365, and be proficient in executing Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume Testing. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad. Plan and execute Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume Testing. Analyze application performance under varying workloads and identify performance bottlenecks. Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Grafana, AppDynamics, or other APM tools. Work with enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft 365. Develop and execute scripts for multiple protocols including: Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Prepare detailed performance testing reports, including test results, bottleneck analysis, and optimization recommendations. Support the integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Mandatory Skills 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Strong experience with LoadRunner or NeoLoad. Experience performing: Hands-on experience with performance testing protocols: Experience using monitoring/APM tools: Experience testing enterprise applications such as: Strong understanding of performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and performance tuning recommendations. Good-to-Have Skills Experience integrating performance testing into Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD pipelines. Basic scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy. Experience with Azure Cloud environments. Understanding of application architecture, networking, databases, and system performance tuning. Knowledge of JMeter is an added advantage. Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and performance.
