Staff/Senior Test Automation Engineer

Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Staff/Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our test automation strategy across products and platforms. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership to improve software quality, accelerate delivery, and drive engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the organization's test automation roadmap. - Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks. - Establish automation standards, best practices, and governance. - Drive shift-left testing practices and quality engineering initiatives. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Mentor engineers and conduct code and framework reviews. - Define strategies for performance, load, scalability, and reliability testing. - Track automation coverage, defect escape rate, test stability, and release readiness.
