Technical Program Manager – Data Center / AI Accelerator Infrastructure

Role: Technical Program Manager Data Center / AI Accelerator Infrastructure Location & Work Arrangement India-based, remote role with periodic travel to data center sites as needed for program milestones. Experience Level 10+ years of relevant experience required. About the Role We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers (TPM) to drive execution of data center infrastructure programs supporting AI Accelerator deployments. This role sits at the intersection of program management and technical infrastructure, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customized AI/ML compute workloads across data center environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in large-scale data center operations, hardware/infrastructure program execution, and hands-on familiarity with AI accelerator hardware and custom workload deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program execution for AI Accelerator infrastructure initiatives across multiple data center sites. Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware engineering, network, facilities, and operations) to deliver customized AI/ML workload deployments on schedule. Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies across concurrent data center build-out and upgrade projects. Partner with engineering teams to plan capacity, power, and cooling requirements for AI accelerator hardware (GPUs, TPUs, or custom silicon). Drive vendor and stakeholder coordination for hardware procurement, installation, and commissioning. Travel periodically to data center sites to oversee critical deployment milestones and troubleshoot execution issues on the ground. Provide regular program status reporting to leadership, flagging risks and proposing mitigation plans. Establish and maintain operational processes and documentation for repeatable, scalable program execution. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on data center infrastructure orhardware program execution. Demonstrated experience with AI Accelerator hardware and customized AI/ML workload deployments. Background at large-scale technology or data center companies (e.g., Microsoft, or major co-location data center providers) strongly preferred. Strong understanding of data center operations, including power, cooling, networking, and hardware lifecycle management. Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership. Willingness and ability to travel periodically to data center sites as required by project needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with co-location data center environments and multi-tenant infrastructure operations. Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure stacks and custom silicon deployment considerations. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification. Experience working with globally distributed teams and vendors.
