Boomi Developer

​​ ​​​Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Boomi Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building integrations across cloud and on-premise applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver robust integration solutions supporting critical business processes. Key Responsibilities Technical & Delivery Leadership - Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere. - Build and maintain Boomi processes, API integrations, connectors, and reusable components. - Develop REST/SOAP web service integrations and API-led solutions. - Configure and manage Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and runtime environments. - Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling within integration workflows. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures. - Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. - Work with DevOps and release teams to support CI/CD and deployment activities. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Technical Skills - 4–6 years of overall integration development experience. - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere . - Strong experience in: - Boomi Process Building - Connectors and Integration Components - API Management - Data Mapping and Transformations - Process Reporting and Monitoring - Error Handling Frameworks - Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. - Strong understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, and Web Services. - Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware concepts. - Experience working with cloud-based applications and SaaS integrations. - Familiarity with source control systems such as Git. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Stakeholder & Collaboration Responsibilities - Actively engage with business, product, QA, DevOps, and operations stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans. - Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Participate in Steering Committee/governance discussions as required.
