Responsibilities Data Management and Reporting: - Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. - Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and operational teams. - Validate data accuracy and consistency across systems to ensure reliable reporting. Process Automation and Optimization: - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or similar tools to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in data handling, transaction monitoring, and system workflows. Financial and Transactional Data Operations: - Monitor payment and transaction flows across systems to identify anomalies or potential fraudulent activities. - Support reconciliation activities for payment gateway and banking systems. - Ensure timely resolution of data discrepancies and operational issues. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to address data and process-related challenges. - Communicate findings and updates effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Documentation and Compliance: - Maintain clear documentation of processes, data mappings, and reporting logic. - Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and security standards in all operational processes. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on new tools and technologies in data automation and fintech operations. - Contribute to process enhancements and adopt best practices for scalability and reliability. Skills: Sql, Vlookup, Data Validation, Pivot Tables, Ms Excel, Python Experience: 2.00-7.00 Years
